Job Deskripsi :
- Berdiskusi dengan user dalam menentukan kebutuhan karyawan baru
- Menyusun dan menayangkan lowongan pekerjaan
- Melakukan psikotest dan interview awal untuk menyaring kandidat
- Melakukan negosiasi gaji
- Menyusun rencana interview user, menjadi jembatan antara kandidat dengan user
- Menyiapkan kelengkapan fasilitas karyawan baru (pre on boarding) berupa meja, kursi, internet, email, dan inventoris lainnya
- Menyusun urusan administrasi karyawan baru
- Bertanggung jawab atas kontrak karyawan
Job Kualifikasi :
- S1 Psikologi dengan minimum 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bagian rekrutmen (Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Aktif dan suka tantangan
- Dinamis dan menyukai perubahan
