we are aiming to build the region’s largest creative business gathering in the PE and VC sectors – the people creating and defining the future of investing into emerging companies in this region.

The primary goal of this conference is to bring together the best PE and VC — both LP and GP — names
under one roof for the best networking prospects, while providing thought-provoking and engaging panel discussions, fireside chats and keynotes.
In 2018, we had more than 600 attendees from 30+ countries. Among these were 200+ LPs and GPs – arguably the biggest names in the region.
Made up of over 13,000 islands, Indonesia is the world’s largest island country with a population of over 260 million.
Being SE Asia’s most populous with a growing middle class demographics, the macro-economic indicators favour growth
in consumer oriented industries, particularly in the technology-enabled sectors of e-commerce, fintech, app-enabled travel and so on.
Predictably, these are the sectors that have caught the fancy of investors who have injected nearly $3 billion in growing
private enterprises of Indonesia in 2017. In a day-long conference, DEALSTREETASIA will help navigate the complex market and the hidden opportunities.

With 80 per cent of the population unbanked or under-served by traditional banking sector, the stage is set for explosive fintech growth.

Corporate venture capital is at the forefront of homegrown VC activity in Indonesia accounting for participation in some big-ticket funding rounds.

Indonesia is predictably witnessing lots of action in the very early stage of funding with lot of vehicles chasing deals.
